Takyon™ One-Step No ROX Probe 5X MasterMix dTTP is a convenient, optimized 5X concentrated mixture of premeasured ingredients in a ready-to-use format for the performance of one-step qRT-PCR from total or purified mRNA samples using fluorescent, gene-specific probe molecules. Obtain consistent and sensitive results under Fast or regular cycling conditions. In a single pipetting step, add EuroScript II MMLV Reverse Transcriptase and RNase inhibitor to MasterMix formulated with a chemically modified hot-start 3rd generation Phusion DNA polymerase (activated in just three minutes at 95°C). 5X concentrated reaction buffer offers the advantage of more dead volume for DNA template. Refer to Technical Data Sheet for kit components and cycling conditions. Suitable for all platforms that do not require a passive reference dye, including Agilent AriaMx, Bio-Rad CFX96™ & CFX384™, DNA Engine Opticon® 1 & 2 , Chromo4™ & MiniOpticon™, Cepheid SmartCycler® 1 & 2, Eppendorf MasterCycler®, Roche LC96 & LC480, Rotor-Gene® 2000, 3000, 6000 & Q, Stratagene Mx4000, Mx3000P & Mx3005P, Swift™ Spectrum and Techne Quantica®.
